ASKITIKI
FROM 26/01/2018 - TO 27/01/2018

One of the most inspired and dense Greek-language texts, both multilayered and relevatory, the essay / manifesto in which Kazantzakis enshrined  the sorrows and hopes of his own struggle to discover and comprehend God, his own God, is transformed into a theatrical monologue by the actor and director Vassilis Vassilakis.

Vassilis Vassilakis, a graduate of the Karolos Koun School and an active figure in Greek theatre life, has for many years situated himself outside the athenian theatre scene and has developed multifaceted activity, teaching acting in the Aegina theatre group, occupying himself with children's theatre, puppetry etc.
